I have consistently had negative experiences at this Popeyes location. During my most recent visit, I waited over 20 minutes for my food, even though there were no other cars in line. The employee forgot to give back my card and walked away. I tried to get her attention, but I was ignored for another 15 minutes before someone finally came back. When I asked for my card and the missing sauce from my order, they hesitated to return the card until I mentioned the sauce. I had a disappointing experience at this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen from the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru. After waiting five minutes, I had to go up to the window to place my order directly. I ordered two 3-piece dinners, specifying legs only, and repeated this twice to be sure. When I received my order, I double-checked if it was legs only, and the employee confirmed it was. However, when I got home and opened the bag, both orders included legs and thighs. To make matters worse, the chicken tasted like it had been refried—it wasn’t golden brown but a dark brown color. I won’t be returning to this location.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a blackberry pie sweet tea, but they gave me unsweetened tea instead. The chicken inside the sandwich was smaller than my newborn's palm, dark, and dry. It was a terrible experience. I don't understand how a chef could serve such an unappetizing piece of chicken in a sandwich. The service was very slow, and despite the restaurant being nearly empty, they had me park right in front. Now I see why this place is struggling. I won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Popeyes offers some of the best chicken I've ever had, and the side dishes are equally delicious. The cinnamon apple pie is absolutely amazing, though it's on the pricier side. Occasionally, there are some great deals that make it worthwhile. My only complaint was the service; it was quite slow. I understand that many places are struggling to find staff, so I can empathize. Nevertheless, you won't be disappointed with the food itself.
It was hard to tell if the waitress was simply slow or just not interested, but the service was overall very poor. Everything took an excessively long time. I wish I had caught her name, but I believe she will recognize herself in this review. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.
The service was rude and impolite, and I was left unattended at the counter for more than 7 minutes. It felt like the staff was watching us through a two-way mirror from the management office. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially for African American or Hispanic customers.

What a huge disappointment. I ordered a two-piece combo, and that’s all I received. The place was usually busy, but there were only two other cars in line this time.
The popcorn shrimp were completely disappointing, especially for $12. They should be ashamed.
