I used the app for Popeyes because it said that there are more offers if you scanned the little barcode at the bottom of the coupons they sent out so I tried it. Same deals nothing different. Then I place my order they tried to make me pay with Googlewhich I never do so it did not go through and then they wanted you to put in a different card or debit I don't like to do thosethings however against my better judgment I wanted R dinner so I went ahead ordered. When I got to Popeyes not surprisingly myorder was not ready nor did it go through the app. Not a happy camper. Then the chicken sandwiches or dried out the quality hasgone down but the price has gone up.
I hate to leave bad reviews, but it's ridiculous the amount of money you spend and not get all my food. I love on the other side of Bowie, and when I got home, I saw most of my order was missing. No fries at all and missing a whole sandwich. Then, on top the attitude from the front line workers. One worker (who may have been training) was just standing behind another just staring at the screen. When it's busy he could have helped with orders, washed dishes, something. It seems like management is in disorder.Never got my Sandwich meal or sides. I know I should have checked, but still that's a lot missing from an order.
we came during a slow time, so no complaining about the waiting time. the man who took our order had no reason to hire and the guy who gave up our order was extra confrontation over us that a 5-star rating in exchange for a free apple cake or drink. we told him we were not interested and he insisted that we do. his behavior was inappropriate and irritating. as far as the order is concerned, the chicken could be fried a little longer, and we ordered buoy and rice; ended with buoy without rice. we're staying with the popeyes in our neighbourhood.
Daina is an amazing employee and an awesome trainer. I was in a rush and she made sure my order was bagged fast. She also gives great service and corrects her co workers when they give pretty bad/rude service. And yes this location is slow, but it’s because they are understaffed. And to the new kid being trained, you’re doing great, like Daina said, try to relax. Overall pretty good experience and i think Daina derserves a raise??

You would think that the person that took my order and I come from two feuding families. That young man seemed to have a seething hate towards me for no reason, lol. I gave this spot 1 star because they honestly treat me like a burden every time Icome here and half the time they screw up the order or give you some gross cole slaw. They need to up their game and teachtheir employees the value of quality customer service.
I?m shocked by the other reviews! I was waiting for my spouse in UPS and saw a lot of people go in and out of Popeyes so I hopped out for a quick 2piece wings.it?s earlier in the day about 1130am and It was fresh as hell and good!!!!! Biscuit nice andfresh too. Service was great also. I actually like that the wings are small. It?s real chicken, not the steroid big ones thatlooked like they?ve been pumped up!
I would give this restaurant a rating of zero stars if possible, but since the lowest is one star, I'll settle for that. I often order from here since I work in the area, but the staff is unwelcoming and has a poor attitude. I cannot recommend this Popeyes location, as they frequently get my orders wrong. It seems the staff spends more time chatting than actually working.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Ordered a kids meal and two spicy sandwiches. Took a long time to get one of our sandwiches, and one was so overdone as to be inedible though the other was perfect. Sides and kids meal were all great.Service is often very slow but the food is almost always perfect and the staff is always pleasant and courteous.

Last time I ever come to this Popeyes. I prefer to drive 5 more minutes and go to the one in crofton. Their chicken is fresh and good. Unlike this Bowie Popeyes, the chicken was dry and had no flavor. The Employees were very disrespectful and slow. Theydon?t have chicken ready and supposedly the chicken is fresh but it?s not. It?s very gross.
