Staff is just rude and doesn?t care for customers. All I wanted was extra gravy but apparently they don?t sell that(every other Popeyes does). Husband ordered the Po boy , it was $6.99... one piece of chicken on a bun with little lettuce. Buying a chicken strip meal would have cost the same and got him 3 strips. When asking about the size we were told they ran out of normal buns and had to make due.... : sooooo basically ur selling me a kids meal size item and charging full price.. gotcha. So disappointed. Whole store could use staff training or new management in my opinion.
My husband and I dropped by for lunch. Although there was a wait for the chicken tenders, we weren’t in a hurry. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, keeping us updated on our order’s progress. We love Popeyes, but have often had disappointing service at other locations. This visit was a refreshing change, and we will definitely come back.
If it weren't for how delicious the chicken sandwich is, I wouldn't choose to eat here. The wait time was incredibly long for what appeared to be a small order. I also had to ask about my order because the staff seemed to overlook me completely when I inquired. I understand they're busy, but a little acknowledgment would be appreciated.
Popeyes in general is awesome! But this location I have to constantly request that the employees wear gloves. When it?s freshly cooked it?s on point but when it?s been under the heat lamp for minute you can tell. Long story short it?s hit or miss at this location. Very inconsistent.

At Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, I tried the regular chicken sandwich, which was tender and had a perfectly crispy crust. The pickles were slightly thick, but overall it was a tasty option from their menu. The fries were fairly standard, yet the service stood out as excellent.
The experience was intense and demanding. I needed a moment to truly appreciate the original dish, which was lacking in flavor and consisted mainly of contrasting sharp textures.
This is the Fort Belvoir location. The service is fast, the food is hot and is good. Standard Popeye's chicken sandwich which is the best.
The service was extremely slow. It took 15 minutes to receive six pieces of shrimp along with a biscuit and red beans and rice.

Greasy and tough. I had to settle for the original which had no flavor)because they only had tights in spicy.
The service may be a bit slow, but the food is definitely worth waiting for.
