Popeyes is far from anything special anymore. I feel this restaurant feels entitled to be on base at every base, so their service never holds up to any outside popeyes. If its an employee factor, then fix management so they can hire the right people. Food is always not even close to being hot, you order mild, and you get spicy, you order chicken nuggets, and you get breaded bread crumbs, and the fries taste like they are a week old. Popeyes needs to be replaced with a real chicken meal provider. Kid-friendliness: The kid meal does not include a toy. A sticker is not a toy.
I stopped by for lunch yesterday around 6 PM during the busy dinner rush. I ordered a two-piece combo with fries. Unfortunately, I received a large chicken breast and a wing that were not cooked properly; they still had a light pink tint to them. I didn’t realize this until I got home later in the evening. The only thing I could eat were the fries. I also forgot to grab my receipt from the counter. Generally, I have good experiences at this location, especially since they’re the only place open after 5 PM. However, I ended up spending $10.59 on a meal I couldn’t eat.
My husband and I visited for lunch and encountered a bit of a wait for the chicken tenders, but we weren't in a hurry. The staff was incredibly friendly and consistently updated us on our order status, which we appreciated. We love Popeyes, but have had some service issues at other locations in the past. This experience was a refreshing change, and we definitely plan to come back.
Just got back from vacation in Colorado and now I know I’m back on the east coast because of the negative attitude! Both older ladies working the register are rude and impatient! I won’t be eating at this Popeyes again! Every time I eat here they have a bad attitude, I guess it’s typical here on the east coast!! Can’t wait to move!!

We have eaten here often bc of convenience and bc USUALLY they have good food. The 3 times we have ordered I have spent well over $75 for The driest chicken i have ever had. I’m think I’m done with Popeyes.
The restaurant is currently short-staffed, which can lead to longer wait times for your food, but the quality of the dishes makes it worth the wait.
Ordered a regular cajun fries for $3.34 and im surprised how little the quantity for regular size.. most of the fries are tiny
The food is decent, but it's not superior to Chick-fil-A, especially considering the prices they charge.
