I had a disappointing experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Beltway Plaza. They didn’t provide the correct sauce; marinara sauce definitely doesn't pair well with chicken. I specifically asked for all white meat but received dark meat instead. This two-piece meal cost around $10, without a drink, which is quite surprising. Additionally, the manager was not willing to help me fix my ripped $5 bill with a small piece of tape. It's 2022—kindness and understanding shouldn't be too much to ask for. Why should a simple request for assistance be ignored?
My drive thru experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The young girl cursed, Yes, I said Cursed at me twice. Told me to repeat the Damn order, and that 's how I should have said it the first Damn time. So I went inside to see the girl, and when I saw she had a bunch of tattoos covering one side of her face, that explained everything for me. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! UNKEPT!!! UNFRIENDLY!!! NO CLASS!!! THEY NEED TO WEAR HAIR NETS AND PLASTIC GLOVES AND RECEIVE SOME MUCH NEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!
This is the second time in a week I used the mobile app to order and pay and the order wasn't ready or processed when I got there. Today I was asked to pull forward and someome would bring it out, only to sit and wait for 30 minutes and still get NO FOOD and no one came out to communicate anything, they just left me sitting there. I finally ended up cancelling the order and left.
I ordered a 12-piece chicken combo through the drive-thru on February 16, 2024, at 8:51 PM (store #2568), but I received the wrong order and was charged extra on my debit card. To make matters worse, the drink I got was sparkling water instead of the Sprite I had ordered. The manager was also quite unpleasant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I absolutely love Isabel and her team's enthusiasm and dedication to providing a fantastic experience filled with fresh food! The staff today was the most efficient I've ever encountered; I received my food in no time! They genuinely seem excited to bring a smile to your face.
Did not get order correct and when I called to inform the manager about the incorrect order, she stated the Honey BBQ wings only come in spicy; which is not true.
Food taste old look old and this is the second time i have went there to replace the food i got yesterday
This place reminds me of the good old popeyes from when the 20pc was 10 bucks
