After sitting in the drive-thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, someone else pulled in behind me so I decided to just go in. A ton of people in there working and as soon as I walked in they were taking the other person 's orderat the drive-thru and laughing and carrying on like they were friends. So, I continued to wait And wait.... and wait....screw it!! I went somewhere else. Don 't waste your time with this place.
Went through drive thru, waited a few minutes the said hello , a few minutes later a woman said I 'll get to you when I have time, I 'm short handed. She then repeated herself again I 'll get to you when I have time . This was about 3:35pm on 1-5-2024. This Popeyes are always slow. This is the first time I encountered such a rude person. I won 't be going back there.

Went to Popeyes Today In Jasper Tx; ask for a 12 piece sweet spicy wings; I ask for fresh batch but you can tell they wasn't fresh; they wasn't hot; but good Customer Service and was very friendly just the food wasn't very fresh but other than that had an good experience...
NOT fast food! Be prepared to wait...and then wait some more! The flounder fish sandwich was thickly breaded and served on one of those gummy brioche buns. The fish tasted good, there just wasn't much of it. The best part of the sandwich was the two slices of pickles.
I’ve had bad experiences over the years with Popeyes but today the staff here made me give them a 2nd chance food was perfect and the service was even better . Thank you guys don’t know the lady’s name on the drive thru hut you deserve raise .
