The franchises are very good, I think the owners have a Super exquisite recipe. Unfortunately the staff is only there because they want their salary but they are not at all interested in customer satisfaction. I think the owners should train the staff better. I can't speak badly about the food, it's very delicious, the staff makes everything poor 5 stars for the owners 0 stars for the staff
Takes 20 minutes to give me a chicken sandwich and when I went to the lobby to ask is it’s ready this person who calls “Maria” says no, if you want your money back y give you, and the sandwich was ready at the back. And she ignored me when I was asking. Really really bad education, can’t believe this kind of people the attitude. You never go
I go only for family bucket deal that's in the app... otherwise overpriced. Usually chaotic and even though I did Mobile app order, still need to wait in line with everyone else just to tell the cashier that I'm there and to prepare my order.
The food is good but why do they give things to a different person? For example, I ordered my chicken without chili and it turns out that I brought it for my family for my girls to eat and they gave it to me with spice, that's the bad thing. Book a table now
Not sure why this place waits to make online orders until you arrive, really eliminates the reason for placing a pick up time in the app if you're going to wait either way. Food is alright, never seems all that hot even with the wait.
I tried ordering ahead on the app for the first time and it wasn’t great. After arriving and waiting a bit, I gave them my name. Ultimately had the wrong order when I got home.
Pathetic service. Wouldn't even give me a cup for water when I asked for one. How difficult is it to give a customer a cup for water?
