The franchises are excellent, and I believe the owners have an incredibly exquisite recipe. Unfortunately, the staff seems more focused on getting their paycheck than on ensuring customer satisfaction. I think the owners should invest more in training their employees. I can't criticize the food; it is absolutely delicious. However, the staff's lack of care really brings down the experience. I would give the owners five stars, but the staff deserve zero.
Takes 20 minutes to give me a chicken sandwich and when I went to the lobby to ask is it’s ready this person who calls “Maria” says no, if you want your money back y give you, and the sandwich was ready at the back. And she ignored me when I was asking. Really really bad education, can’t believe this kind of people the attitude. You never go
The food is good, but I don’t understand why they serve dishes to the wrong person. For instance, I ordered my chicken without chili, but they ended up giving it to me with spices. This is frustrating, especially since I brought it for my family, including my girls. That’s definitely a downside.
I go only for family bucket deal that's in the app... otherwise overpriced. Usually chaotic and even though I did Mobile app order, still need to wait in line with everyone else just to tell the cashier that I'm there and to prepare my order. Book a table now
Not sure why this place waits to make online orders until you arrive, really eliminates the reason for placing a pick up time in the app if you're going to wait either way. Food is alright, never seems all that hot even with the wait.
I tried ordering ahead on the app for the first time and it wasn’t great. After arriving and waiting a bit, I gave them my name. Ultimately had the wrong order when I got home.
There was no ice in the soda machine, and the sodas were flat with no carbonation. They also didn't have sweet tea. Overall, it was a waste of money for a drink.
Pathetic service. Wouldn't even give me a cup for water when I asked for one. How difficult is it to give a customer a cup for water? Book a table now
