Let me first state I love Popeyes and this review is based on the people and service. Been going here for years and never really had any complaints. Its been since the pandemic that the service has gotten so bad that Ill probably avoid it and go to the other Popeyes on 46. The staff is rude, talks about the customers in Spanish. I waited 20 minutes for my 2 simple chicken combos, yet they continued to give out orders, to what I suspect were friends or family, before me, even when my order was placed before theirs. When I asked where my order was and that Ive been waiting awhile, I got a very rude and snotty response, followed by them turning to a co worker and saying an insulting slur in spa...
I ordered 2 different meals and they gave me whatever they wanted! When I ordered tenders and rice and beans they gave me fries, They took approximately 40-50 min long to deliver my order. Burned fries! Worst service ever!!
gave us barely any fries w our order and told us that was the “portion size” for LARGE fries . ordered 11 piece meal and got 7 pieces in the box. do not recommend this location as the meal quality is often very, very low.
I like to go here a lot, I always order and receive my food fresh, I really like the service that the employee in this town gives me, I always order the spicy chicken and fries, all very delicious

Terrible service! The staff openly mocked me and showed no professionalism or accountability from the management. I was extremely embarrassed by the experience at this restaurant today.
Nice going.....again. Ordered two dinners through Door Dash. Popeye didn't include the coleslaw that is part of the dinner. This is the second time. Lousy job!!!!
There were strange black flakes in my drink and the chicken had a weird smell. The only good thing was the biscuit. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
