This restaurant is terrible! I am extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service. I ordered a chicken sandwich and wings, but received old, hard wings and no sandwich. The fries were also old. I asked for two different flavors of wings, but was given dry, flavorless chicken instead. The entire order was wrong when it was delivered by UberEats, and I couldn't drive to get it myself. I used my last bit of money to buy food for myself and my child, only to be disappointed by the poor quality. Huge online order the main thing was the flounder.... regular and spicy. I wanted regular can't have spicy...BOTH WERE SPICY. I didn't even care about the missing sides...I ended up with a biscuit and some Mac n cheese. Tried calling a few times no answerthen just busy. I was really irritated...might try another location or wait until I get back home in Ohio.
I visited the restaurant today and ordered a 4-piece dark meat meal, but unfortunately my food was undercooked. My server, Daquan, was very kind but my meal was still pink. The staff seemed disinterested in their work, even though the food was served hot. It was a disappointing experience and I have no intention of returning to the restaurant.
My new favorite place in Clermont. Excellent sandwich on fresh baked bread. Soup was awesome. Good coffee too. Had a delicious soda as well. Took home 1 of the best coconut cream pie slices I ever had. All the baked goods looked supreme. Can't wait to return. I have to try breakfast.

Absolutely terrible. They didn't cook the fries, the biscuit was cold, the girl at the front wouldn't give me a cup for a drink that I ordered. I had to throw away my food I was so disgusted at this place. Do yourself a favor and not waste your time/moneyat this place.
Fresh and tasty menu and bakery and drinks. Not surprised to find this place close to full and on their service, after reading earlier reviews. We'll come back to Claremont next time!
The breakfast food they serve is soooo good. They are fast with orders and they deliver. The staff was nice as well. I knew the food was good by the line they had when I arrived ????
Nothing was wrong with my order. It's the staff. They rude. Dnt know how to talk. And the manager on the line to. Like. Its a respect thing. Makes you wanna not come back

This is one of my favorite places to have breakfast. It's cozy and sweet. Friendly staff. Large parts. Very good coffee!
Hood Fab location, long drive thru lines but the inside is a little better. Your food is still hot n fresh.
