I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The ordering app only allows for one sauce per meal, with no option to add extras. This was already frustrating, but I ordered two meals just to get two sauces for my shrimp—and ended up with none. Despite selecting specific sauces, I didn’t receive any at all. When I tried to call the restaurant, no one answered, and the voicemail box was full. To make matters worse, this has happened to me twice while ordering through Grubhub, which indicates it’s a recurring issue they seem to ignore. I tried using the app and selecting sauces both times, but I still got nothing. They really need to improve their management and address the problems...
I came In tonight for my first time ever at this location. I walked in, and thought Wow, it 's nice and clean . I was greeted by who I later found out was Daniel (the manager). Wow, he was extremely impatient and rude. I asked if they sold buckets of chicken, he looked at me like I was crazy and pointed up to the menu. Anyway, I ordered a box (8 pieces of chicken for $25) RIDICULOUS. He handed to me then just walked away. I look in box and noticed there were no drumsticks. I kindly asked him if I could trade out a few pieces for drumsticks. He was very annoyed took the box of chicken opened it aggressively, and threw 2 pieces away in the trash. $20.99 for ten pieces of Chicken and two large sides with coupons. I doubled up the orders. Lol!!! This time the chicken was not too salty. The sides are okay but the customer service is extremely unfriendly. The lady Stephanie) who is standing packing the food. She just packs your order and packs it without any plastic utensils, napkins, paper plates and sauces. When we asked her to get those things she just rolled her eyes at us!!!!!! : Like, how unfriendly to the customers are you going to be? Two stars for the food.
I visited the restaurant to take advantage of a Popeyes promotion offering 5 pieces of Signature Chicken for $9.99, but the employee informed me that the promotion was unavailable. The only choice I had was the big box. He attributed this to management's decision, stating they were instructed to only offer the big box. I decided to go with the big box, but instead of the advertised price of $5, they ended up charging me $6 plus tax! So, I wouldn't trust what they say regarding the promotions.

I visited a restaurant this afternoon and while enjoying my chicken, I found a large worm that had been fried alongside it—possibly a tapeworm. I took several photos as proof. This Popeyes location needs to have another inspection, as this is utterly unacceptable. Please be cautious if you choose to go there.
On average, this place gets 5 stars. But when I left, the cashier had a bad day. She wasn't pleasant. The Popeyes app needs some work. My order was 10 minutes late. Good but perfect!
