in the average. we eat all around calderdale, kirklees and West Yorkshire in general, so we have a good knowledge about an average meal. after eating there today we will not return after an overpriced and huge dland meal. the order was wrong for both of us and eating was not better than a caffe on a main street. the staff is polite, but after two people asked us if the meal was ok, we explained why it wasn't and they said ok, but did nothing. we have no problems with the personal, but why do they always ask if the meal is in order, if they don't know what to do if it doesn't. another restaurant with a flourishing price and bad eating.
as Italian as dixons ice cream. this is a very English catering version of Italian food. I did not see any Italian person in the kitchen or under the waiting staff. it tells that the owner speaks of his time in a restaurant on a cruise ship and has a photo of it on her website instead of his time in italien and his passion for food and culture. I wouldn't mind. eating was okay, nothing less.
I love this place! we visited a day by chance and could not be happier. we were greeted with friendly faces and given a comfortable seat at the bar while we waited for our table. we got free olives and broth. the grill ribs were to the for! and the pizzas were boiled to absolute perfection. at the end of the night with friendly music and a free Limonen-Chello shot. will go back!
Woman very poor!!went tonight, appetizers all under boiled, ordered salmon and king prawn tagliltelli for net, no king prawns at all in the plate, and then, when bill arrived tries to load us for 3 bottles wein instead of 2, this is probably a regular event if spoken after in the local pubs, would not recommend at all

have visited many paintings in the course of the years with my 2 children and family. we are always willing to be welcome by all employees. very clean, great atmosphere and especially eating is delicious....homemade new yorker cheesecake is to die!
