As a resident of Walkerston, I consider myself fortunate to have access to Poppies Pizza Place, which in my opinion, serves the best pizza I have ever tasted. The toppings are very generous and the pizza is absolutely divine. If you have not yet tried a Poppy's Pizza, I highly recommend you do so - you will not be disappointed.
I was denied service after expressing my dissatisfaction with the pizza. I have visited this restaurant several times before and the pizzas were decent. However, the last one I had was bland, even with extra pineapple. I do not recommend this place.
We had the best pizza we've had in years at Butchers Block. The pizza had plenty of toppings and cheese. It was definitely worth the short drive from Mackay. Keep up the great work, guys!
