One word, PHENOMENAL!!!! This food here touched my SOUL!!! This was my first time trying Haitian food and my first time at this restaurant. I had the most amazing experience and I plan on coming back many times to try different things on the menu! Let me first say that the customer service and hospitality is top notch! Mr. Roberto was truly amazing in all that he did! Very welcoming, friendly, and overall a very pleasant person that made this such a great experience! You most certainly feel at home here. Service was speedy and on time! Now to the food... y'all! I got teary eyed eating here because the flavors were so great and pretty unexplainable! I am a big foodie and I have tried many dif...

The front staff were very nice and friendly, and I had a great conversation about Haiti with the owner. To be honest, I originally went there for the black rice, but I found out that it's more of a weekend dish. I tried a few other items, including the smoked herring pâté, which was delicious and had an impressive kick of spice (very nice!). I also sampled the wings, which were served with a unique escovitch-style topping. Everything was well done, and the Haitian beers—though brewed in Holland—were quite tasty as well. Overall, a lovely experience!

We were last to arrive for a party of 9 total people, the largest group in the place. When we sat at our table, I asked for the menu and was told to scan the QR code on the opposite side of the table. Because there was only one QR code at the far end on a table of 9 people, I decided to ask for another one. That?s when the problems I noticed began. The restaurant only had 1 available QR code for our table, and maybe 2-3 total for the entire restaurant. It was so bad that

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for ages, and I finally got the chance! First off, the food is absolutely delicious—just outstanding. I ordered the djon djon, which came with a side of plantains. My only critique is that the prices are a bit higher than what I'm used to in Florida. I also had a cocktail, the Punch, which I’d rate a solid 9 out of 10. The location is quite nice, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’d give it an 8 out of 10! Book a table now

This place has been on my radar for the longest time, and I decided to metro out to Silver Spring specifically to eat here. It did not dissapoint. Staff was very welcoming and our waiter brought us some amazing rum drinks to start. My main dish was the Fried Goat, with a side of Bannan Pikliz, while my friend had the stewed chicken. Everything was delicious, and it was well worth the trip. If you're looking for quality Haitian cuisine, this is the spot to go to.

This place was on my list for the longest and finally got a chance to try it. For starters the food is simply tasty ! Just so good. I ordered the djon djon came with a side of plantains. My only thing is I would say the food fairly pricy for what I’m used to in Florida. For my cocktail, I ordered the punch 9/10. The location is pretty nice. Staff is nice and friendly. Overall 8/10

Had the beef patties, Taso Kabrit (fried goat), and these cup plantains and they were amazing! Also, really great energy, vibe, and service from Roberto. Having recently relocated from Miami and used to authentic Haitian cuisines, PAP Cuisine exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back regularly.
