I ordered a combo hot dog meal using Uber. When my food got here, not only were both hot dogs completely different front what I ordered, again… it’s a combo meal so they should be identical.. but one of them completely didn’t follow my allergy restriction. The 2 things my body most can’t handle are the ones that were loaded on my meal. Seems like because they were 40 min to close they gave scraps that didn’t sell… It’s really not that hard to follow simple hot dog instructions…. I had to clean my own table after asking for a towel to clean it. Then the lady that was supposed to clean it was just looking at me clean the table. Then when I was eating she said sorry and was rolling her eyes at me. Then tried to sweep the floor by me which I stopped her cause I was eating and dust flies with a broom. Never again. I told the manager and he apologize and said I should not have had to clean my own table and he will alert the team to clean the tables. A joke no one came out to clean.
I want to start by saying that I absolutely love Portillo’s. However, I don’t understand what they were thinking when they changed the beef and cheddar croissant. It used to be perfect, made on a real croissant. Who thought it was a good idea to shape a roll or hot dog bun to resemble a croissant and think no one would notice? They’ve ruined what was once the perfect sandwich.
Having lunch with sister and 101 yo aunt. This was her choice. My heart swelled watching her eat her Chicago dog and fries and onion rings. Lemon cake to go.

The Italian beef was quite disappointing. It had an overwhelming amount of green seasoning and didn’t taste like the other Portillo's locations.
Food is pretty good most times. Service is all over the board. It's a fast food joint so what do you expect.
First time for a Chicago Dog !! It didn't disappoint!!! Will try the Italian Beef next time!!!
