If I could give 100 stars, I would! We have come in here a few different times and everything is always so great! The staff is always super friendly and they all have such a great energy. On 5/8, at around 7:30/8:00, we came in again for dinner and I can't even begin to say how happy I was with the food and the staff here tonight. I got the BLTA and it was PERFECT! I usually end up not eating the very ends of the sandwich, either due to lack of enough ingredients at the ends or I'm tired of chewing by that point (LOL , but tonight, I could NOT stop eating! Rather disappointing... The staff acted as if my mere existence peeved them despite the fact that it was in the evening and I was picking up a mobile order along with being the only customer in the entire store. The order was missing some items, and the staff seemed equally annoyed to complete my order in full. Like I said, it was rather disappointing. I am a massive Potbellys fan, but the staff on this particular night were awful.
We love our sandwiches when it’s made by old staff. James is one of our favourite, he makes delicious sandwiches and his smiley personality will make your weekend good. But we have had couple of very worst experiences when sandwiches were made by new staff- once it was too spicy, the guy like put so many hot peppers and once it was too bland and no taste. Vegetarian options: They have 2 veggie sandwich options and couple of soups.
Usually have no bad experiences at this location but today got a pick your pair chicken club and farm house salad no egg they got the no egg right but also gave me no chicken. I ate the sandwich right away but save the salad for later so didn’t notice till hrs later. I’ll be sure to check all orders going forward before

Customer service is non existent. Terrible experiences A-Z. Corporate really needs to spend a week or two and see how this franchise is being run and representing the brand. It would be their best interest. A call to the health department is also warranted.
The guy who was the. Cashier use the same rug to wipe the trash been and tables and trays this is completely unsanitary he never even wash his Hands. I love pot belly, but not any more this make me.sick wondering what is going on in the
Wearing gloves is counterproductive when long pointed nails have poked through and are basically touching everything. That would definitely fail a sanitation inspection. Worked the food industry for many years!!!
Food was great but customer service was terrible. Had to repeat my order several times. Employees were arguing in front of everyone behind the counter.
