Not a good potbelly. I don't usually write reviews but I think it's important that they fix some issues. It seems that customer service is dead nowadays but everyone expect a tip. With the exception of the cashier who was very pleasant and friendly, no one else even made eye contact. Not just that but they seemed highly inconvenienced by our presence. This is unacceptable and whoever manages that place should put more emphasis on their customer service and the experience they provide their customers. Will not be returning at this location.
I ordered an BIG Italian sub to be delivered at my work When I opened it it was the regular size not the big It had zero toppings on it, just meat the wrong cheese. when I ordered lettuce, tomato, onion, hot peppers, mustard etc on white bread when I ordered whole granSandwich was almost inedible I paid $27 after tipping delivery guy for a trash small sandwich that I didn't orderRip offI'll never try potbelly's again
I had an egift card from potbelly's. The Cashier told me We only use physical copies or use the app and pointed to the gift cards in store when I came and ordered I stated it's and Egift card what do you expect me to do? it has a Barcode you can scan or enter the numbers. Potbelly's website stated it has cash on them .I felt discriminated and disgusted. I will Never again go here
I am not sure what is happening at this restaurant, but half the time when I go through the drive-thru, they get my order wrong by giving me someone else's sandwich. When I arrive home, I discover that they have given me the incorrect sandwich. Despite calling to inform them of the mistake, they have been reluctant to provide a refund.

There were several staff members chatting, and despite the restaurant not being very busy, I was disappointed to have paid $20 only to get home and realize that not all of my items were included in my order. I live too far away to go back. The drive-thru ticket number was 6342/3/24 and the time was 1:12pm.
Clean, quick and friendly service and tasty. I’ve been to this location several times and the food is always piping hot and service team is pleasant. I must get lucky that it’s never busy and always pretty
I go here quite often, and i enjoy their food however i believe they have gotten a new manager i think her name was Lyndsey she was sounding quite rude it is unfortunate i really enjoyed this location
Ordered 2 bltAs and had 2 strips of bacon. . . Total.......What a rip-off, trying to figure out how to get my money back, but they seem to hide any contact

The food was excellent and the service was quick. I ordered the Pizza Melt and Mac n Cheese on Nicholas's recommendation, both of which were delicious.
Check your cookies before you leave. Came home to a stale hard cookie. So much for baked daily.
