Ordered a BLTA, specifically asked to ensure that they would include the avocado in my sandwich. When I got home, I discovered there was in fact no avocado in the sandwich. Before coming here to leave a review, I called the store to inform them of the issue. A young man answered the phone and asked if I had specified that I wanted avocado…I mentioned that I did, but honestly as an after thought, it’s a BLTA! if I don’t ask you to hold the avocado you should probably assume that I want the avocado. I ordered a sandwich and a drink for delivery, but they didn't have the drink I paid for. Instead of reaching out to me to resolve the issue, they just tossed the cheapest bottled water in my bag. They noted on the receipt that my drink was unavailable, and that was it. I tried calling them multiple times to discuss the issue, but no one answered. As a former manager of a similar sandwich shop, I'm appalled by this kind of service. My name and number were on the receipt, and it's standard practice to contact customers to discuss how to proceed—either by offering a drink of equal value or refunding the cost. My favorite is the wreck sandwich! Clean location and super nice staff. I wondered if I needed a bag and he even took time to grab the stuff for me, I appreciate the extra care and help. Location is easy to reach, but sometimes you need more time to find parking in the garage.
The staff is always great. Not sure about the complaints online the Potbelly Crew works hard and long hours. Treat people how you want to be treated. If the staff doesn't bend, it's probably because of your evil attitude. Great business and staff!

A solid Potbelly restaurant. I have had some problems with getting the correct order in the past, but the staff has always been good about correcting the order. The manager has been friendly and helpful to me all of the times ive been there.
Ordered online the only thing I requested to NOT be on my sandwich is cheese. I received no condiments, veggies or seasoning. The sandwich was also the wrong size. The absolute worst sandwich ever no attempts to correct their mistake.
Potbelly is one of my favorite sandwich foods. Every time I go, I take the juicy chicken salad sandwich with all toppings and extra sharp pepper. Nothing's wrong with the juicy sandwich.
