I placed an online order for a sandwich and two cookies and arrived at 5:45 PM, the time my order was supposed to be ready for pickup. The staff member informed me that it would take a few more minutes. I started to worry when I noticed six other customers waiting for their orders as well. In the end, I waited 25 minutes! This is simply unacceptable for just one sandwich and two cookies! I truly appreciate the efforts of the staff, especially since many places are understaffed, but perhaps they need to improve their organization. It might be helpful to have one person focused on online orders while another handles dine-in customers. I enjoy their food and will still dine in, but I will never...
Having just finished a double shift and still hungry, I was quite upset. I called the restaurant and the staff member informed me that they had found my second sandwich and that I could come pick it up. I explained my situation, including why I couldn’t go there, but she told me they were short on delivery drivers. I pointed out that they had just delivered one sandwich, but she refused to deliver the other one or offer any compensation.
I felt frustrated that I had already paid for the delivery, including a tip, and was left to figure out a solution on my own. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Shortage of staff. We stood by the register several minutes waiting to pay because no one was at the register. The all gendered restrooms were awkward to say the least. I opened the door to go in and was greeted by 2 men. One at the sink, I think, and one coming out of the stall. I was shocked and apologized before realizing it is all gendered. I just left! Not sure if the door was supposed to be locked or what. Awkward! Gave the low star rating for atmosphere due to restroom situation.
I really appreciate the hard work of the staff, especially considering many places are short-staffed. However, it might be helpful for them to organize their workflow more efficiently—perhaps assigning one person to handle online orders and another for dine-in customers. I do enjoy their food and will choose to dine in again, but I will never order for pick-up again.

I don't typically do this, but I have to give a shoutout to the potters in Bloomington from a Veteran Parkway restaurant! Your customer service is top-notch and I want to express my gratitude. It's one thing to have delicious food, but when your customer service is just as excellent, it makes a big difference. Thank you.
Food was excellent. Parking is rather tight due to the building and spaces being shared with other businesses. The workers inside were all polite. Only major complaint was that the music inside the restaurant was way too loud. It was hard to hear the people talking who were sitting across from me.
Ordered pick up and simply didn't get what I ordered.... frustrating..... went back reorder and paid for another sandwich. Service got worse. Girl behind the counter did not care at all about service. Updating to one star on service.
Isabelle, the entire staff at this restaurant is excellent. They provide outstanding customer service, consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations. It's a fantastic team!
