Probably one of the only dim sum places in Staten Island, to be honest. They make the classic authentic dishes that I can find in great restaurants in Brooklyn and Chinatowns, like Phoenix claws, cha kueh, and steamed rice rolls. The place is popular for this reason and very crowded on weekends, even towards the later dim sum hour after 1-2 pm.The workers can be a bit varied in temperament, with the one who does seating, cashier, and delivery appearing a bit snappish, since they do like three jobs. Servers can be super attentive but also extremely busy helping customers who don't know menu items at all, since this place doesn't have only Chinese customers. They are very helpful. The food is a...

I am a big critic of dim sum and Chinese cuisine. I love the homemade taste and traditional flavors. This is one of the best dim sum on Staten Island. It's very close to the traditional taste. Their big dishes are huge in portions and not made with extreme amounts of soy sauce. Cheesy Chinese restaurant usually overly soy sauce their food that their dishes are mostly dark brown. You can judge a restaurant's authenticity by their fried rice. FYI it's not supposed to be dark brown. If you're looking for a good deal and pretty authentic Chinese cuisine, I would recommend this place.

I had the most absurdly overpriced Chinese food experience at this restaurant. Every entree on the menu costs $18, and they don't even include white rice with your meal. The prices and the quality of the food are simply unacceptable. We ordered spare ribs (as shown in the picture), and they were inedible. When we called to address the mistakes in our order, the staff was dismissive and told us to "go take a walk." I highly recommend avoiding this place.

This is a fantastic dim sum restaurant. On weekends and holidays, they serve from carts, allowing you to pick from an extensive variety of dishes. It’s always busy; we visited on a Monday at 11 AM and still had to wait 20 minutes for a table, but it was definitely worth it. It offers the best dim sum in NYC outside of Manhattan’s Chinatown. I really enjoyed sour late Sunday lunch here. We’ve looked high and low for original cart service dim sum with limited luck. We found it! Great selection, service and food. While we couldn’t communicate with the cart folks very well, some baskets were a surprise, but all was selections were great.

We went there for dim sum and it was mediocre. When we arrived, there was only two other tables but the service was slow. Good if you don't want to travel into outer boroughs for dim sum. Better off going to East Pacific at Staten Island mall. Food and service much better.

The best dim sum on the island! You don't need to head to Chinatown for the experience, service, and food. When you see a full house of Asian diners, you know the food is bound to be incredible! Sunday brunch is the place to be!
