the pret in nottingham has been here for many years. I have always worked in the city and have always found the food and drinks here to be very good. the personal is excellent and always friendly. I recently subscribed to the monthly Barista Decal at £25 a month, which is exceptionally worth. the only reason I don't give 5 stars it really needs a overhaul, as the place looks a little tired and the tables need to be cleaned better and more frequently in my opinion.
I've been coming to this Pret for about 6 months, and in the last 2 the atmosphere has soured even more than when I first went there. The staff screaming orders and, rightly or wrongly I don't know, getting angry with customers has created a very tense environment, leading to me sadly having to find an alternative coffee shop. Friends have found the staff extremely rude, though I have not personally encountered this.
I chose pret a manger (nottingham) when I am still unhappy about using a caffee that is busy and has closed the door, i.e. there is no ventilation. pret a manger had the door permanently open, so I felt safer. it was good to see the delicious series of foods in the offer, I really enjoyed my smoked salmon sandwich and klappjack bar. the service was extremely efficient and very friendly. thank you.
after my trip to pret, a customer picked up my drink and escalated with the Pret team that was the wrong drink. I find it creepy how the thoughts of some people work. then I had to say that it was my own drink while you were served immediately. the person had a review of pret blew her drink, so I'm going to complain about her to take my drink. Very nice place to chill out on sunday morning. Friendly staff and plenty of vegan options, which unfortunately cant be toastes here. I fancied food here few times but as I didnt want to eat it cold I did t have any at the end. Its based in the heart of Nottingham city centre, easy to hop on tram, bus or park your car nearby.
Worse customer service ever! The staff in the counter was very rude. He took eat-in price from me (I told him it was take away and didn’t ask for utensils) and I couldn’t even say anything because he was rushing people and was very rude. I like Pret a lot but won’t be going to Nottingham Pret ever again and won’t recommend.
really beautiful personal they are all so polite, especially 2 blonde girls one of them is accented with a beautiful laugh and radiant positiveity. while the other speaks warm and uses beautiful phrases like here they go lovei simply love the personal. we need a bigger pret because it's always full.
Even though the line was very long I was served with drink in hand in a very impressively quick time! Top service, top drink quality. With the subscription service I can’t fault Pret in any way! Book a table now
Coffee’s and food is good, polite staff But it’s rare if you fined a clean table and chair most of the time it’s crowded
