After previous great time at Putney branch tried the Queensway branch to be very highly disappointment. Had to ask the person checking up on our table whether everything is ok to check whether the team is serving the meat as they were very lacklustre and didn’t make any attempt to service the diners. Why do one have to ask for the staff to come to the table to serve the meat? One of the servers was constantly sniffling and pulling up his nose which is definitely signs to being unwell. Went with some friends and had a great time. The buffet is very well-stocked with all sorts of salad items including what looked like Dal as well as beans and pork (I couldn 't tell the difference in taste), plus pastas, garlic bread etc etc. One has to discipline oneself to not eat too much from the buffet as the meat keeps coming and coming being carved off a large skewer by the server. There were two types of beef, but the sirloin was by far the better item. Ham (very salty) was also served as well as chicken (thighs). But, one comes here for the beef. I frst went to this restaurant just after it had just opened The food service beer 10 out of 10 But sadly, how things have changed for the worse . The smiling welcome was not there my friend ordered two beers Which we drank buti t tasted flat. No gas we ordered a second one exactly the same Boring no flavour The used to have a Brazilian beer or Portuguese draft beer So much better. The food the help yourself buffet was boring as compared to before ,no dessert on show either The meat even though was tender it was smothered in salt which was too overwhelming and powerful. Turned up without a booking but restaurant empty. A couple of waiters totally uninterested but eventually gave us a tiny table for 6. Opened the single menu which we were given to find it was filthy and sticky. Left at that point and went to a nice restaurant instead! No idea if the food is ok but based on the state of the menu I wouldn't risk it.

The restaurant was okay, but adding an extra service charge is excessive and ruins the overall experience. London seems to be one of the few places that include service charges, which many people believe to be a scam. With already high costs of living, service charges are seen as unnecessary and should have been abolished long ago.
Yes, i have come to this restaurant before and every time I come back to London I like to book here. this time too the staff was very kind and the food was excellent, Samir was very good and looked after us with particular attention. Delicious meat, a wonderful place!
This was our first time dining here and we thoroughly enjoyed the endless supply of cold and hot starters followed by a variety of meats, all cooked to our liking (medium rare). The staff were also excellent.
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was very impressed with the food and service. It offers an interesting experience for those unfamiliar with Brazilian cuisine.

Amazing service, very friendly! The meats were so nice and even gave me some vanish spray to get the beetroot I spilt on my skirt! Would really recommend!
