First time at this restaurant and let me just say never again. We had reservations and had to wait 20 min after reservation time. Then we got seated ordered everything we wanted and the appetizers didn't come out till an hour later! The waiter said kitchen was backed up, but the other tables after us was getting their food before us. Appetizers finally came out it was really good! Now the entree came out, i had lobster risotto and my husband had the prime rib, lobster risotto was terrible the only thing good on the plate was the lobster but the risotto was not cooked it was super hard! My husbands steak looked like it wasn't cooked at all ! Anyway they ended up giving us free dessert and a g...

Porterhouse: This generously portioned dish easily satisfied two people, and the sides of mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were equally delightful. Filet Mignon: Was a delightful experience, offering a nice and tasty bite that showcased the quality of the steak. Cheesecake: Ranking among the best I've ever had. The addition of fresh whipped cream heightened its flavor. Service: The service was notably pleasant and efficient, although it's important to note that it can get quite busy during the evenings. Ambiance: The restaurant exudes a delightful, elegant atmosphere with its dark and moody setting, perfectly in line with the ambiance one would expect from a classic steakhouse.

Just enjoyed an incredible dinner at Primehouse. The prime rib was perfection, and the service was outstanding—special thanks to our waiter Nick, who was a true professional. The ambient lighting was spot on; they clearly understand that bright lights aren’t ideal for a cozy atmosphere. I had the wedge salad, my husband tried one of the sushi rolls from the menu, and the room quickly filled up. By the time we left, every seat was taken. Primehouse stands on the same level as Smith & Wollensky. I’m not sure how we hadn’t discovered Primehouse sooner, but it’s now our go-to spot when we want to splurge on a quality dining experience.

As other reviewers mentioned, the restaurant is a bit on the dark and noisy side. It is also very overpriced for the quality. The four of us had four cocktails, a glass of wine, a dozen little necks, a salad, a shared ribeye, a halibut, scallops, creamed spinach, hash browns, and two ice creams and the bill with tip was $500. More than B C and not the same quality. I would not return and would recommend another steak house. For this price tag it should be five star all the way. Book a table now

Primehouse is usually my go-to spot for special occasions and rarely disappoints, but tonight was different. The steak, priced at $64, was tough and difficult to cut. When I mentioned my disappointment to the server, there was no response. Considering the quality, it didn’t live up to the other options I can get from North Shore Farms. I expected much more from Primehouse’s menu. Very disappointing!

Primehouse offers amazing food, especially their prime rib served on Saturdays and Sundays, which is a must-try from their menu. However, the drinks came slowly, and our server was absent for most of the night, which was frustrating. Overall, a great dining experience for dinner, with prices ranging from $50–100 per person. The mashed potatoes are highly recommended.

Pretty empty for a Friday night at 7pm. The waiter was great but the value proposition not even close to being worth it. Jumbo shrimp cocktail for $24 was an absolute joke. Four regular size shrimp, about half the size you get at Lugers. Chilean Sea Bass special for $58 looked was the size of a small 3/4 thick swordfish steak. I wouldn't go back.
