I like Primos, but Everytime I call they don't have lettuce wraps, I can't eat gluten, so primo lettuce wraps are usually a great option. This location, I've tried to order it at least 10 times, I'm in the area a lot, and they never have it. They usually just say they shredded all the lettuce that day. So today I asked why they don't have them ever, super nice guy, but he said they just don't want to order them. They should change the menu to show there are no wraps here. The quality of meats and cheeses is usually good though, if you order extras, sometimes they don't put them on either.
Good locusts. Have a great selection. Don't like that if you don't ask that you get a sesame roll instead of p,ain roll. You just have to remember doing this. The staff is nice. They are usually quite fast. Good amount on sandwiches. Nice place.
Reviews below do not lie. The service is terrible, no matter how late the day is. Employees appear to be every minute of their shift with slick comments and attitude to a 100% miserable. Really regrettable for the people of Keswick
They were amazing for us. We gave hardly 24 hours notice, but they came for our party with delicious food and friendly service. I will use them all the time for my functions and I am a widow with 4 children, so I am picky!
