I called ahead to inquire about something before placing my order, and the woman I spoke with was fantastic! She was patient and knowledgeable, even suggesting ways to reduce my bill, which resulted in me getting two large pizzas for cheaper than the big and medium ones I originally wanted. When I went to pick up my order, both the woman and the man were very friendly and helpful, offering good advice for my next visit and even offering to carry my order to my car. As for the pizzas themselves, my kids loved them! Amazing food and excellent service! This independent pizza place in Worcester is truly the best, putting the big chains to shame. We were recommended this place by a friend who claimed it was the best in Worcester, and they were absolutely right. The staff member who served me was friendly and made sure to double check my order. The restaurant was extremely clean and all the dishes were presented beautifully.
