Fantastic. I was coming from the mall and wanted a quick bite to eat but not fast food. My first time here and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I wanted to branch out to one of those great sounding options and couldn't decide but the woman recommended the regular Italian so I went with that. I don't really like Italian hoagies (I know so it's stupid to order) that much but this was absolutely delicious. Bread was so soft on the inside but excellent outside crust. Great sandwiches. 1 old Italian and 1 Philly cheesesteak. Cost was about $23, for a small and a promo size, but had a very generous amount of meat per sandwich. Was very filling because of the delicious layers of not everyday meats like prosciutto. I was driving through the city when I saw a sign for hoagies, and since I love hoagies, I decided to stop in. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak, expecting flavorful chopped chicken, but what I got was bland and lacking in taste. I only finished it because I had already paid for it. While I might consider trying another sandwich in the future, this experience was disappointing enough that I don't think I will return. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent.

this place is great! the reviews they complain about the sandwiches are scary to me because they are so unobtrusive. this place is always packed! I regularly come to lunch because my business is close to her. they make sides for the sandwich of ground up and it never disappointed. it is worth coming here!
One of the best “quick” meals you can find. PrimoHoagies blows Subway and Jersey Mike’s out of the water. The meats they use are always fresh. The staff at Rockaway goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. If you’re looking for a quick but quality meal I highly recommend Primo.
I'm so excited that there's finally a Primos closer to home in Morris County! They truly have the best subs (hoagies, haha) around. The bread is fresh, and the ingredients are freshly cut. The staff is also really friendly and welcoming. Definitely five stars!
The subs here are fantastic, even better than Jersey Mike's—sorry, Mike! The bread at Primo's is top-notch. The service is excellent, but the wait time is a bit longer than at other places. Everything is made fresh, so just be patient; it's worth it!

I love primo. They have the best sandwiches hands down. The bread is so fresh and you can tell they put a lot of love into the sandwiches and their business. I'm shocked at the bad reviews honestly.
