I absolutely love Prince Puckler's! They always have so many great ice cream and sorbet flavors. Recently I've had their mint chocolate chip (Obama's favorite) and I also had their Key Lime Sorbet in a waffle cone. While both were delicious I definitely lean towards the mini chocolate chip. My friend had a Mandarin chocolate ice cream and she loved it.The line here can be long, especially on warm evenings in the spring and summer but it moves fairly quick. They usually have plenty of staff to get through the line at a steady pace.Some things to note. You can try whatever flavors you like before deciding, which is great if you're unsure about certain flavors. The ice cream isn't exactly cheap...
There are swell humans who work here. A very nice young lady who was training a coworker in a most professional manner was quite precious and effectively effusive while ringing me up and happily doing well, what she was doing. Now onto the ice cream. Been here twice. Pretty much flavorless. Mandarin Chocolate. Fresh Banana. Coconut. I could barely taste the difference. I had the ice cream here about a month apart. I thought maybe it was just me. I don't think it is. Granted it has been twenty years since I was last here. I do not believe the ice cream is the same. Oh, well. Never again. Bye.
Really friendly crew working the counter keeps the line moving. There's a line for good reason! Everyone can find a flavor they like because there are some nice flavor combinations in addition to more traditional flavors. Very tasty and just what you need on a hot day.
one of the best local shops i have visited so far with friends. has a great seating area outside and a park quite nearby to sit and chill. eating ice cream as the confirmation flows been friends full of smiles
