The young lady working the register became frustrated with this same customer. The wait was horrible. I ordered online at 3:55pm and received notification my order would be ready at 4:16pm. I arrived at approximately 4:20pm. I waited in line to informed the cashier of my order picked for 5-7 minutes. The cornbread, YASSS. Straight cornmeal, no sugar. The baked chicken was tender, fell away from bone, moist, and okay. The greens were okay. I’m used to a smoked meat taste. I like they weren’t over seasoned and I could add my own salt. The yams were, meh. They were soft and I could taste the nutmeg, not much cinnamon, and a little sweet and had a marshmallow taste. The quality of the food has really gone downhill, and I find it quite disappointing. I placed an online order on a Wednesday (since they’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays), and when I arrived for pickup, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. When I asked about the delay, there was no response. Eventually, my order was brought out, but unfortunately, everything was old and unappetizing. The meat was dry, clearly cooked two days earlier. I live the street of Priscilla, and it saves me that I go to the city for a decent soul food. I really enjoy the food but what bothers me about this restaurant are the male waiters. They're kind of sloppy in their appearance. I'm talking to long fingernails, shirt hanging outside their pants and they murmured a lot. You must be family. This is the only conclusion I can think of. It's a family business. Maybe they should tell Pokey that it's more professional.

I've decided to dine in now that it has reopened, but be prepared for potentially long wait times, similar to what you might experience with takeout. If you opt for takeout instead, I strongly suggest ordering through their website and adding an extra 10-15 minutes to the estimated pickup time before you head over. The food is consistently delicious, but again, patience is key!
We hosted my father-in-law's celebration at Priscilla's, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I met with the manager, Tiffany, the service was outstanding. The staff was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious! A big thank you to the entire team at Priscilla's for everything you do. A friend and I were eating there yesterday. My friend had the cat and I baked chickens. Our sites were Mac/Käse, Grüns and Yams. We shared Peach Kobler (WOW the real thing). The staff was attentive and allowed us a lot of time to cover. I enjoy bringing my friends here.
Went on Sunday. Waited about 12 min to place my order and was out within 30. Got a catfish plate and a chicken wing plate. Food was very good.
