My family and I are a big family of 8 and it can be quite difficult to please everyone's palates on a night out. We base a good meal on the quality of food, friendly service and the atmosphere. And this place ticks all the boxes. To say service was flawless would be a lie as walking through the door, the waiter was slightly confused about the booking we had made earlier, but that was minor setback to the fantastic time we had ahead. With all the guidance and recommendations made for us of the dishes, we had ordered just enough to have a lovely feast of succulent meats, tasty dips (the hummus & harissa are my picks) and flavourful relishes (the honey glazed beetroot is amazing with the lamb!)...
I had purchased a Scooupon for myself and my cousin and her family as a Christmas Present. Organising the family to choose one night to be available was alittle difficult and we ended up booking a week over the expired date. Mark was more than happy to honour this which I appreciated. Alot of businesses could learn from this restaurant. Firstly to be actually welcomed and acknowledged on arrival with a SMILE was delightful. That alone in itself is the biggest part of your business....how refreshing. Mark explained, suggested and recommended the dishes on the menu. We had a three course dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thankyou Mark and your Staff for a pleasant evening. I'll be back.
A group of us, all women, had a lovely meal at the Q restaurant tonight. Lebanese and French cuisine. The menu was not large, but four of us shared the banquet meal which was great value with lots of interesting tasting dishes and nothing too heavy - although more than enough for all of us. For afters we had a large platter of small portions of four desserts and couldn't finish them all - though we tried our utmost! Mark, our host was great and explained the mix of dishes to us. We went on a Tuesday night when the cricket was on, so parking was difficult and it was a pity that there were so few people in the restaurant. Will definitely go again.
We went on a scoopon which offered BYO without corkage.... a great start. Entrees were very tasty and huge! The main meals were good without being inspirational and the menu was varied and very reasonably priced. Service offered by the manager was friendly and his advice and recommendations were welcome and useful. All in all, a great experience and we will be back with or WITHOUT a voucher.

Went here for dinner with family on Saturday. Not much people but the service is slow. There is only one wait staff who served the other guests. It took a while before our order was taken and it took a while before our food came out. The only consolation was the guy wait staff was very friendly. I think this is a family business and the staff was a member of the family.
A big thank you to Mark and his staff for a wonderful evening - both in food and service. Mark could not do enough for us from explaining the menu to making us feel so welcome we felt part of the family. HIs recommendations were sensational - from the entrees to the mains and then the decadent desserts - then entire evening was exactly what we needed.Neridah & Rob
Dined here with a work colleague recently. Very impressed with the friendliness of the waitstaff. Food was varied enough to suit most tastes. Quite good value, we shared 2 entrees and one main between us and that was plenty. Highly recomend the lebanese sausage and pomegranate molasses - very nice.
Fantastic halal food. Very impressed with the variety and quality of the food. We had a belated staff Xmas function and everyone that attended was impressed!

The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the food is not bad. The place is clean. Nothing wrong but there are not any wow factors.....
