I must mention that the three employees seemed to be overwhelmed, so I don't hold them fully responsible. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was very concerning. About 75% of the tables had leftover food and trash on them, there was water on the floor from the air conditioning, and 90% of the well drinks were unavailable. Additionally, our order was incorrect. We ended up wasting $35 on a disappointing meal; I would have preferred the hospital food we originally declined. I cannot recommend this place unless they improve their staffing and operations.
I really enjoy Qdoba, but this location has a troubling tendency to serve customers rice that is a day old! Given the prices for a Chicken Bowl, you would expect the rice, meat, and vegetables to be fresh. The rice was so hard and stale that it actually sounded like little pellets hitting the trash can! This is unacceptable! I want a refund!
Every time I visit Qdoba Mexican Eats, the staff have been exceptionally friendly. It made me wonder if they were simply excelling at basic manners and customer service, which seem to be declining elsewhere, but I genuinely believe they are sincerely kind. Plus, their menu offers a great variety that complements the welcoming atmosphere.
It seems that online orders are now left unattended in the entrance area, making them vulnerable to being taken or tampered with. My food was wrapped in foil instead of having a plastic lid, and there were no utensils included. I'm not sure what's going on with this location, but I'll be looking for a different one.

This location is slow as hell. People are waiting for over an hour for food. Well im still waiting on my food. People's online orders are non important. Its about 10 of us waiting and a line of 20
The food is good, but I had trouble signing up for a rewards account through the app. The store couldn't locate my existing account, which was quite frustrating.
We stopped here with my family after a long day. The staff behind the counter were very nice and friendly and a refreshing end to a long day.
I like Qdoba and have eaten there often, but they skimp on the servings, particularly the brisket, even at different locations.
