Tonight we ordered a wheelchair, a 3-cheese nachos, a burrito, and two children's 3-cheese nachos. We arrived and checked in, then waited for 15 minutes. Finally, we were seated and started eating. We were informed that they were too busy for the wheelchair. I understand being busy, but why offer it then? Why take an order and have it ready for pickup at the curb without informing the customer? Maybe they were in a rush and our food got cold, but that's not the end of the world. In the future, we will make sure to order enough chips for a single children's nachos. Second bad review of a Qdoba in the GR area. Which sucks because I like their food. Stopped in around 1:30. First thing I notice was the whole place was filthy especially the floors. The young lady working the counter was very friendly and had good customer service. Got my food, poured my drink (sweet tea), tasted it, and it was gross. I walked back over to the counter and let them know whatever that was in the container wasn 't sweet tea. Some other lady walking by casually says Yeah, I wouldn 't drink that, it 's been out since last night. I don 't think they cleaned it out yet and continues on about her day... Gross.
I'd leave less than one star if I could. We entered the store around 12pm lunch hour, there were no other people in line for food. The woman working was consolidating ingredients. That's fine, take your time. But she never said anything to us, not even a hello. She continued to do this for at least five minutes and glanced at us multiple times while acting as if we weren't there. Other employees were also milling around and walking behind her but no one even acknowledged our presence. We walked out and will never return. Nonexistent customer service. Zero stars.

This was by far the most disappointing Qdoba experience I’ve had. There was no where near the sufficient number of staff members needed, working. They were out of cooked vegetables and guacamole. The portions were tiny and I think it was simply because the girl could see how long the line was and how empty her dishes were. Dishes that couldn’t be refilled because there appeared to be no one to refill them. The food we did have (nachos) was cold. Every table was dirty. Honestly, the entire experience was a mess.
The Grandville Qdoba is always dirty. From the floors, smudges on the doors, to all the tables. Today I ordered a bowl and the fajitas veggies are raw, and there was a piece of plastic in it. I am terribly disappointed in this Qdoba. I never even sit in the restaurant because I feel gross and dirty. Just found a second piece of plastic. Can?t even stomach this!
It tasted fine like most other Qdoba locations but the time I went for lunch on a week day, they were out of lettuce, guacamole, fajita, cilantro, any pretty much anything green. That doesn't leave much, unfortunately.
I just ordered two taco bowls online, and they were really disappointing. They had no flavor and tasted awful. I won’t be recommending or returning to any Qdoba locations.

The food was mediocre, and the restaurant itself wasn't bad. It was lunchtime, but the place wasn't busy, and after trying the food, I understood the reason why.
The fries were overly salty and soggy, making them inedible. I'm not sure how they can mess up such a simple dish. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
