I showed them my confirmation email, but they continued to dispute my order and suggested I call support for the app. I had already paid and expected to receive my meal without this hassle. After some back and forth, they eventually found my order sitting right there on the counter all along, while they continued to argue with me.
To make matters worse, they forgot the juice that was supposed to come with the meal. The quesadilla was just a plain cheese one, and there were strange red pieces mixed in that seemed out of place. It's clear that they need to improve their customer service skills, learn to read names on bags properly, and ensure food isn't contaminated. I understand this is mal...
I ordered a chicken quesadilla, which was really tasty, but the hygiene at this place is awful. The person who prepared my order accidentally dropped the sour cream and then put it back with my meal. If they handle food this way in front of customers, I can't help but wonder how they prepare the meals in the kitchen. I also went to discuss this issue with customer service, but no one bothered to follow up with me.
It’s a bit strange – this was my first time at the restaurant, and I discovered that I’m not really a fan of the food. However, I must say the staff was fantastic and really put in a lot of effort despite the challenges of their jobs. They definitely deserve a pay raise!
Whoever runs this location...should run other locations. I've had Q in 3 other places in NJ. This one in Wayne is superior. How can that be? I guess the manager knows what the bleep they're doing with the food prep. Only this location from now on for me. Excellent.

The food didn't taste fresh at all. Most of the chicken seemed like it came from the bottom of the container, the lettuce was wilted, and instead of the pickled onions I used to enjoy, they switched to regular onions on top.
The QuesaBirria Burrito was mostly rice, making up about two-thirds of the dish, followed by beans and just a small amount of beef. While the rice was tasty, it wasn't what I was hoping for. I wouldn't recommend it.
Other than the fact there was a dead bug in my food and the worker not wearing gloves to manage my food and the terrible quality straws the food wasn’t terrible,
