I've been a regular customer at this Qdoba for seven months, and every visit has brought a different pricing experience. I used to pay $6.50 for the a la carte menu, but recently, the general manager treated me rudely. He insisted that I needed to pay extra for rice and beans, despite always ordering them and the website not indicating any additional charges. The staff knows my usual order quite well, and even they seemed puzzled by the manager’s behavior. He raised his voice, claiming he had mentioned these extra charges before, but I was never informed about any fees for rice. Frustrated, I opted to cancel my order. As I left, I overheard the manager yelling something at the employees, but...
The gentleman at the counter was incredibly friendly and attentive to detail. He double-checked my pickup order, and we had a lovely chat. The MINI BOWL is absolutely brilliant! It offers the perfect portion of food. The chips and queso were also excellent!
As for vegetarian options, they feature Impossible "meat." The menu is fully customizable, accommodating various dietary restrictions.
Regarding parking, it was convenient despite being located among other stores.
For kid-friendliness, there is a kids' menu, but that's about all there is in that regard.
Lastly, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with both tables and the counter designed to accommodate those needs.
I enjoy visiting this Qdoba location! They have super fresh food and I'm always pleased with my meal. Pricing is fair and they offer a wide arrange of food options including many vegetarian choices. The staff is great, however much like other establishments these days, they seem to have some staff shortages. The lobby is always very clean, tidy and well kept. Covid safety precautions are in place with plastic clear divider at check out.. In dining is acceptable.
I had the best steak bowl from you guys today! The guacamole was fantastic, and the cilantro rice was packed with flavor. However, the brown rice was a bit undercooked, and I found it amusing that it was referred to as fried rice, haha. Please make sure the brown rice is fully cooked next time, as I really enjoy having it throughout my bowl!

I had came in lastnight around 8:30-8-8:45pm and I placed an order for a bowl, the service was ok but the food was absolutely disgusting. I threw up all night long due to getting food poisoning from the bowl. I’m hands down never eating qdoba again I’m sticking to chipotle! Do better qdoba. ??
This place is absolutely repulsive. Everyone, take note: avoid eating here unless you're okay with unsanitary practices! When I walked in, I saw an employee picking their nose. It's incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. I will be reporting them to the health department right away!
Delicious food. Fast and easy to order…. both online and inside the restaurant. I have a few favorites… the Burrito Bowl…. and the “Create Your Own 3 Tacos”. The 3-Cheese Queso and Chips is delicious! I would recommend Qdoba!
Update: I recently dined at the restaurant and found the food to be decent. The staff was busy, but they collaborated well and communicated effectively.
