Usually this location is pretty good with the food, however, today they rice was hard. I always get brown rice. I got back to work and started eating and was experiencing a a hard texture in every bite and with all the ingredients I had in my bowl, noneof them are hard in texture. I found out it was the rice. The rice was really undercooked, pretty much soft outside, hardinside. I called and the staff were aware and I was told I could bring my bowl in and get what I got with white rice. I agreedand went back and got another bowl, but the white rice had some grains mixed in that are still undercooked and to too it off thetaste of the white rice in the bowl is not as great as the taste with br...
It?s always pleasant when I come in. Food is always top tier for a fast food Mexican place. Their bowls are way better than chipotle imo. Also cleaner and the staff is always acting like employees, not ppl who are bothered that you?re here to orderfood?ya know , at a fast food place. Edit: This location needs a better receipt printer because of the same faded spot on thereceipts, you end up not being able to redeem your receipts because you have to keep guessing the letter or number until you geta match lol. Not helpful at all. Then you'll have to contact customer service to redeem them for you.
Of the large chain Big Burrito joints, Qdoba is 100% a standout. Best ingredients, most amazing staff, pleasantly bilingual (I get a Spanish lesson every time I go in, but in the very best way). They truly have to provide an exemplary work environment,some of the employees have been at this location for over 10 years! This place, although a chain, is muy autentica! Also, theyusually have Food Network on the TV, so every once in a while, I get to sit under the TV while my appearance on #DDD is on! LOL
This was my first visit to Qdoba, and I’ll certainly be returning. Although I’ve been loyal to Chipotle for years, I found the flavors at Qdoba much more satisfying. Plus, I appreciate that guacamole is included at no extra cost. The service was excellent too—the staff genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do.

Everything was really fresh, the employees were fast but a little short tempered. Aside from that the restaurant was clean and everything tasted really good!
The chips come separately, which is great, but the "nacho" toppings arrive very soupy and inedible. Do not recommend. Threw it away, waste of money.
Pretty good food. Got the lunch breakfast combo. The lady in charge could have been a little nicer but the food was good.
They offer curbside pickup, which is very convenient. The food was fresh and generously portioned.
