Have always loved Quaker Steak Lube and actually used to visit the original location quite often. In our last visit, however, it seems to have lost its touch and seems to come down a bit. First, the tables were sticky because the paint is old and worn. When I say sticky, how rough sticky, where it is a challenge to lift everything from, even your hand. It's so bad. In fact, the waitress mentioned it and explained why it happened. With explanation or not, It makes the experience less pleasant and subconscious makes you think it is dirty. So bummed. For the last 7 years we?ve gone here at least once a week. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, however, they have raised their prices AND cut back. Their tenders were outstanding in the past (biggest reason we would weekly meet family and friends there). The last couple of times we?ve gone the tenders are literally looking like they filleted them and deep fried them until they resemble chicken jerky. I prayed the first time it happened that it was just a fluke, nope, 3rd time it?s happened in the last month. About price for quality. Thought the place looked cool with the outdoor terrace and the retro car scene? but the food is enough to stay away. Our table was dirty, I got the QuakerSteak sandwich and it was more bread than anything else. After I finished my sandwich, I had to ask when my potatoes came out? They forgot them. My potatoes were TV-dinner potatoes made in the microwave, even the waitress there. I looked around with other customers and heard several complaints. My girlfriend got the tacos and it was over $10 for 2 mini baby tacos. Honestly won?
Ordered over a 100 dollars of food and most of it was good but the fried pickle spears were a complete let down. If I'm gonna have to spend over 6 dollars on a order of fired pickles I want them to be at least good. The pickles are soggy and floppy barley hot and not what I paid over 6 dollars for. I was also early on picking up the food do I know it wasn't because they have been sitting.

I’ve been a customer of Quaker Steak many years and they never disappoint! The best food for your money. Everything is always packaged so well for takeout and the amount of food you get is unbelievable! They also have the best deals and coupons and offer a great Military discount!!! Will continue to recommend them to everyone.
Fantastic food! I got delivery and and ordered tater tots loaded but received tater tots not loaded. However the fact that they have good gluten free buns on their philly cheesesteak sandwiches makes up for that! Get those tots right next time and it will be perfect.
I am particularly concerned about my Quaker experience because I worked on one, and Rich has not disappointed! He made our time here fun and fun. He went beyond and beyond to make sure it was worth the hours drive to get there. Can't wait to go back!

Service and food were excellent. The atmosphere of the dining rooms is very cool with all of the racing items. The patio was great.
