The chef lets slip that she makes the stock with over 10 herbs, spices and other ingredients, all vegan of course. What's also interesting is that the restaurant doesn't use any monosodium glutamate (MSG), garlic or onions in the soup stock (or any of the other dishes made in the kitchen). Came in when they were about to close at on a Thursday night, the waitress started packing up and still offered to serve us. Coming in as a group of we ordered the bun bo hue (spicy noodles) and the bun mang vit (duck, bamboo shoot soup with vermicelli noodles). The serving sizes were huge, we struggled to finish both out gigantic bowls of hearty hot soup. The broth was delicious, very similar to that made of pork or beef bones and even tasting better. The waitress also added a small plate of grapes as dessert on the house which is always a plus. The waiting time and friendly service made the whole dining experience amazing, so I would definitely come back to try other dishes.

Went here to eat with my mum after a long hard day of grocery shopping lol. Apparently the place changed management a few times but is still under the same Buddhist temple. The food was nice a little bit sweet but nothing soy sauce can't fix and the price was cheap and the portions HUGE. They also gave us complementary sago dessert and had were so nice!
I ventured out to Cabramatta to give this place a tryA review on Happycow suggested that this restaurant offers an $11 buffet.
