I always enjoy visiting this Quickly location at Serramonte. While parking can be a bit tricky, the food court offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy your meal. It’s vibrant, and you’ll find all sorts of people socializing and spending time together. This Quickly stands out with its comfortable seating and convenient charging ports available throughout the area. On my recent visit, I used the Quickly kiosk to place my order, and it worked wonderfully. As a first-time user, I even received a $5 coupon code after downloading the app. It's a fantastic spot to grab a quick bite!
Convenient location to get Quickly's at the Serramonte food court; however, when there is a long line, expect to wait 10-20 minutes for your order. Otherwise, when it's not busy, those who work here try to make the ordering and pick up process as quick as possible. My only concern is the hike in prices. If you want to order takoyaki or popcorn chicken, expect to pay $2-$3 more than the original price. I don't think it's worth it anymore, but to each his own.
The Chinese woman who served us clearly lacks customer service skills. When I requested a bag, she insisted on charging me 10 cents and seemed ready to accuse me of not paying. I offered cash, but there was no empathy or understanding in her response. It’s disappointing that they take pride in such poor service. As a boba enthusiast who has sampled boba from many places in Asia, I have to say this was the worst I've encountered. The tea lacked flavor and the drink appeared watered down, almost as if it had been over-diluted. To make matters worse, the amount of grass jelly topping barely filled 10% of the cup.

It's an average bubble tea stop conveniently located in the mall food court. Super quick drink service with a wide range of drink options. I always forget that Quickly sells small bites too. The food prep can take a few minutes and is not bad. The priority is getting drink orders fulfilled and sometimes there's a ruckus of yelling of orders.
I like the bubble teas and snow at Quickly. They also have good snacks to choose from. They have a lot more items on their menu than other tea shops. Depending on what you like, I like the variety of drinks and food they offer.

I went to to this quicklys last week and I ordered a regular milk tea with large boba, and 1 bag of popcorn chicken. The boba wasn't fresh and the popcorn chicken was dry. Wouldent recomend.
