First time here. Brought 4 items. Squid ball, sweet potato fries, crispy chicken and curry fish ball. The only thing acceptable was curry fish ball. Over all are too salty for everything. If you like sugar on your sweet potato fries. This is the place. I will not be coming back again. First I ate squid ball and it was bad. It's not that I don't like it. It's bad. I usually come to Quickly for a cheap/quick fix and I come with low expectations. They are in a big, but quieter plaza with plenty of parking. I have been to this location a few times it is usually not busy when I come by so I receive my order fairly quickly (no pun intended). Prices has definitely went up for this location because it was similar to the regular boba shop prices. I tried the regular bubble milk tea, jasmine milk tea, and popcorn chicken here before. Went there to order they never said or any signs that say they don’t take cash at all so I’m trying to order but they were being very rude not trying to communicate with me to let me know.. anyways I had a friend end up purchasing for me with their card as I’m waiting I realized they had my items ready and off the side while they were giving other customers their orders which I thought was very rude so I ended up saying something to get my items which is ridiculous and I have never had to experience this type of customer service especially when I work in it myself I just though it was very rude and to mention they didn’t cook the food well done enough for me. Awful service! We’ve been loyal customers for years with no problems, but recently we ordered twice through Uber Eats and both times items were missing. The first time, they forgot the sweet potato fries, but the manager was friendly and refunded me after I called. Unfortunately, today they forgot the waffle fries. This time, a staff member named Grace was rude and unhelpful, accusing me of lying about the missing fries and refusing to help. To make things worse, I could hear another employee shouting in a different language in the background, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I won’t be coming back. They’ve lost a loyal customer. Truly disappointing!

I ordered popcorn chicken and calamari, but the chicken was terrible—honestly, it was the worst popcorn chicken I've ever had. It had a strange smell, though the calamari was decent. I also ordered curry fish balls, but they were out of stock, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, I never received it. I tried calling them, but no one answered, which is quite frustrating. I had a feeling this would happen, so I made sure to get a receipt, but they insisted they didn’t have any written proof. I should have just chosen something else instead of relying on getting my refund. Overall, the food was disappointing. I typically enjoy Quicklys, but I won’t be returning again.
If you order the sweet potato fries, be aware that they intentionally sprinkle sugar on them—I had to request a replacement with salt instead. The calamari came without any sauce, and I had to insist just to get some vinegar. The service was disappointing overall. On top of that, they have a strict no-refund policy, so keep that in mind before you visit!
I placed an order in-store tonight at 8:42 PM, and the staff confirmed my food and a free drink I earned with points. When I returned to pick up my order at 8:52 PM (they close at 9 PM), the girl turned off the lights and said they were closed. Instead of preparing my food, they issued a refund and closed early.
Way over priced. Jasmine milk tea was not good at all. There was no tea taste at all. It was more milk than anything. The drink was watered down and bland. The boba were either overcooked or old because it was just a big chunk that couldn't even go through the straw.

Absolutely wonderful! They have a fantastic selection of boba tea, slushes, smoothies, milkshakes, and a wide array of snacks and food options, as well as many other tasty drinks.
The red bean topping there always seems to taste a bit old and stale. I love Quickly, but this is a letdown.
