In my experience, this location has consistently neglected to fulfill my orders during my last three online purchases. Whether it’s extra meat, sauces, or add-ons that I’ve paid for, there’s a high chance that something will be missing. When I try to address the issue, the staff often insists that everything is included, even when I show them the receipt. At times, they act as though they don’t comprehend the situation until the manager arrives, who explains it using the same terminology I’ve already used.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The rice tasted like it was from a pre-packaged brand, and the chicken was quite fatty and poorly prepared. They also messed up our order and seemed confused about how many desserts we were supposed to receive. Additionally, the noise level was intolerable. I definitely won’t be returning.
I enjoyed my first meal at this restaurant, choosing the chicken and shrimp combo accompanied by rice and vegetables. The food arrived promptly, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality—it was exceptional, especially considering how quickly it was served. The staff were friendly and courteous. I ordered the chicken and shrimp hibachi with noodles, but unfortunately, everything was overcooked. I managed to eat about half before feeling unwell, and ultimately, I had to throw the rest away. I won’t be going back.
