I ordered three sets of sushi for pickup, but they didn’t include any soy sauce. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. If you decide to give it a try, make sure to be very specific with your order. It feels like having to specify the Big Mac sauce when ordering a Big Mac—unless you explicitly say you don’t want it, it should come standard. Overall, I’m giving them a rating of 1 for food, service, and atmosphere.
I ordered from Quickway through Uber, and when my food arrived, there was a long black hair in it! I called Quickway to inform them, hoping for a replacement, but the rude manager told me there was nothing they could do. When did they stop separating the chicken and rice? It's helpful for kids who don’t like their food touching. Usually, they do that, but the staff member tonight said it wasn’t possible, so I ended up leaving. It seems like it just depends on who’s working that day.
The food was outstanding! It was hot, fresh, and flavorful, and the service was great. The prices were also reasonable. This place is definitely putting up some strong competition against Sarku Japan at White Marsh Mall. Book a table now
