We’ve been loyal customers for a long time, but we’ve noticed a decline in both service and food quality lately. Our last two orders had mistakes, and the most recent one was entirely incorrect. When I called to report the issue, I was told that it was impossible for a mistake to have occurred, and they refused to refund my purchase. Unfortunately, it was too late in the evening for them to send out a replacement. We used to really enjoy this restaurant, but now we’ve decided not to return.
We’ve eaten here several times, and the food is consistently outstanding! The staff is friendly and attentive. The waterfront view is lovely. Parking can be a bit challenging during the day, but we’ve had no trouble finding spots at night. It’s a very safe area, so there are no concerns about parking on the street and walking a little ways. Be sure to visit this wonderful local business that truly deserves our support!
I had higher expectations for this restaurant based on the reviews, but the food was just average and didn't taste particularly fresh. The service could use improvement as well; the waitstaff seemed irritated whenever we made a request. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back, and we hope more Thai restaurants open in the area so we can have better options nearby. Service: Dine-in.
Good flavor and good service, throughly enjoyed it. We ordered Basil Fried Rice and Drunken Noodles and the flavors were really good. Chicken satay was so and so but rest of the orders came out really yummy. Also, sits on a waterfront so you could take your beloved one for a dine in experience. Remember to go before sunset, lol! Rainbow Thai serves the best Thai food in the area! The quality of their dishes is consistently outstanding. We've been ordering from them for years, and every single order has received five stars in terms of service, flavor, freshness, and accuracy. I highly recommend them!
This is definitely the best Thai place in the area. I recommend asking for the food spicy for it to be the most delicious. We love the Basil Pork and Drunken Noodle with chicken. It's extremely flavorful and quick. They deliver on UberEats.
It was the perfect day for some comfort food at a clean and efficiently run restaurant, where hot and fresh meals were served promptly. I dined in for lunch, and the price was around $20–30 per person.
