Ein wunderschönes Bierseminar erlebt. Ablauf: Erklärung des Ablaufs der Bierherstellung. Dazu gibt es selbst hergestellte und gekaufte Biere, je nach Dynamik der Gruppe. Zumindest war das mein Eindruck und kein Braukurs gleicht dem anderen. Dazu gab es ein 3-gänge Menü. Das Essen war mein persönliches Highlight und habe ich im Voraus nicht erwartet. Sehr pfiffig abgestimmtes Essen, welches sehr, sehr lecker war. Es gibt für mich in Heilbronn wenige Restaurants, die ähnlich gutes Essen zubereiten und servieren können. Ein tolles Erlebnis für jung und alt mit sehr gutem Bier und Essen. Wer Bier mag darf einen solchen Kurs nicht verpassen.
