My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered two meals. While we did get the correct drinks and one meal along with a box of extra fries, we didn't receive the second meal. Unfortunately, we only found this out after we got home, which was quite disappointing. I want to note that we've never had any problems at this location before and typically enjoy their food. The meal we did get was just as good as always, but it was frustrating to be missing a $13 box of food, leaving me scrambling to find something else to eat at home.
Considering the price I paid, I expected to receive the chicken strips as advertised. However, what I got was a combination of chicken strips, chicken nuggets, and some bread that barely tasted like chicken. The experience was inconsistent, and I felt quite let down during my first visit. I likely won't be returning, although I did enjoy the Cane's sauce.
Order was given to another customer. Waited an extra 15 mins. Watched Supervisor and Employee discussed their mistake for giving my order to another customer.Ordered extra crispy fries and after all the wait, fries were not crispy and soggy.
I recently dined at this restaurant with my best friend. She picked up her toast and remarked, "You know, I rarely eat their toast, but I’m going to today." Unfortunately, when she tore the bread apart, we discovered a hair embedded in it.

Could you please stop handing out takeout orders so far from the entrance? When we opt for takeout, it means we're leaving, so it would be much appreciated if you could pass our orders to us closer to the door. Thank you!
Raising Cane's??? You pay $15.45 for a Caniac combo, yet they can’t provide their shift managers with more than $15 an hour. This really reveals the corporate greed that seems to be hiding beneath the surface.
I had the best experience at Cane's ever! My brother and I received our orders in under a minute! The food was spot on, and the dining area was clean and tranquil.
Great every time. Hot, accurate, fast. Delicious lemonade and sweet tea. Enjoy the green lemonade for St. Paddy's.
