I visited this restaurant with high expectations due to the hype surrounding it, but I was disappointed. The chicken was just mediocre—slightly soggy—and the service left much to be desired. The manager, who appeared to be in her forties, had a negative demeanor that made the experience uncomfortable. She spent more time on her phone than attending to customers and even rolled her eyes at least once. While the food met basic expectations, the overall experience tainted it. After reading other reviews, it seems that this issue with management is not new. I'm not sure I’ll return, as they really need to improve their management to retain customers like me.
The chicken tenders and fries were tasty, though they were a bit too salty for my liking. However, I couldn't help but notice the treatment of the employees working outside in the intense heat without any shade or shelter. I saw several young workers who were noticeably sunburned, and it raises concerns about their health. It's disappointing to see such a lack of consideration for their well-being and protection from the sun. I truly hope they don't suffer any long-term consequences due to the absence of an appropriate shaded work area.
The cashiers were rude and seemed annoyed when we asked simple questions. They also messed up my order, despite the fact that the cashier repeated it back to me.
