Head over to Raley's Ecart! I've been using this service for almost two years, and I've always had a flawless experience. Today, considering it was a busy holiday and they were processing a lot of orders, one of my bags was accidentally left behind. I didn't realize it until a few hours later, so I called to see if they could hold the bag for me until I could pick it up after work the next day. Instead, the employee insisted on delivering it to my house within the hour. True to their word, the bag arrived on time, and I was incredibly impressed and grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond. This outstanding customer service is why my family chooses to shop at Raley's. Well done!
Raley's Benicia has our baby shower and from ordering with Vicky on packaging on pickup, everything was FANTASTIC! The sandwiches were made with all the modifications we needed, were built with care and the presentation of all items was excellent. I like this store and not just because it's the only raleys within 10 miles. It's actually cheaper than shopping at safeway which is nice since they pretty much have an monopoly in the Northbay. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because they aren't checking the expiration dates on products like they should be. Do yourself a favor if you shop here and check the dates before you buy.
Very nice store. Excellent service deli. Plenty of variety. The Asian section has plenty of items so that you can cook from scratch. This store has Angelo Pietro Salad dressings and Yamasa soy sauce. These are 2 of my favorite products to cook with. Nice selection of items in the meat and seafood department. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy Raleys. It’s a beautiful store with an excellent layout and wonderful staff. I look forward to shopping here every week. I always manage to find what I'm looking for and often come across new items. It’s my favorite place to shop in the area!
My favorite Raley's is finally open! I love the warm, freshly prepared food and the variety of products available. I don't even shop at the grocery store in my town anymore; I always go to this one!
Pro: free parking, public restroom, free membership for shoppers to accumulate points and eventually they mail out a gift card, variety of quality foods. Con: restroom just has 1 stall.
I'm not reviewing the sandwich itself, but rather the terrible staff I encounter every day. No matter the day, the employees always seem to have a negative attitude.
