This restaurant is awful. How can you call yourselves Rally's when you don't even offer chili burgers, let alone the option to add chili to a burger? There isn't even an option for a side of chili, only chili cheese fries. Please add burgers with chili to your menu.
food is always great here. employees dont always look for the extra options for the burgers though, which is annoying since it costs extra. but door dash support is good about getting your money back on that
The milkshake lacked flavor, the fish tasted burnt, the burger was overloaded with vegetables and condiments, and the cookie brownie was not a satisfying treat at all.
When asked for ketchup the guy gave me the hand telling me to shut up the when giving me the ketchup up tried to hold my hand which is completely uncalled
