If I could give no stars I would. 9:45pm on Friday night all the lights were off except for the inside. I should have gone somewhere else based on that, but I was hungry and wanted some rally fries. Over charged, because I couldn't see the menu. Food was trash. Customer service was trash. Jeffersonville fast food is trash. I'm going across the bridge from here on out. Trust me. Join me on the otherside of the bridge!! These places need to shut down! Obviously they don't want to work anyway so CLOSE EM!!!
One drive thru line was shut down and I ordered with two cars in front of me and after waiting twelve minutes the first car moved but I waited another 18 minutes, a total of thirty minutes and one car moved. I left before paying for my food. I ordered but waited so long and I didn't have time that day, a Saturday around 11 am. I'll never go back there.
This location has really gone down. I waited in line for 15mins. The car ahead of me pulled off. The lady in the Drive-Thru does not like her job and it shows. On top of that my burger wasn't even cooked all the way had to turn around and ask for a chicken sandwich instead. I haven't been here in a month all new faces and service has really gone down
The sandwich was just okay. The fries were soggy and bland, and the drive-thru service was slow. There were only two employees working, and the guy at the window was somewhat rude. I understand they're short-staffed like many places, but the interaction with that employee really left a bad impression. I probably won't be returning for a while.

I have this and 20 minutes later extremely sick. feverish, sweat, nausea and a few too many runs on the toilet. I knew I hadn't ordered after the rumors about the cleanliness of this load, but I believed some rallys pommes. but they were cold, disappointing and made me sick.
Terrible! How is this place still operating? The customer service was horrendous, and the drink machine really needs to be cleaned. I asked for ketchup with my order, and the lady replied, "We don't have any ketchup!" I will never spend my money here again.

I normally like rally's. The wait was ridiculously long for just a couple cars. Even sat at the window for a while. I think it had to do with the fries. When we got the food, fries were hot and the burgers were almost cold.

Fries are really salty ask for no salt if you have high blood pressure. The loaded fries has ranch was too much for me also. Service is slow and they get mad over ice water it says free but they wanna charge you sods price
