My son visited this location today, August 8, 2019, after 6 PM to buy some Italian ices and ice cream. I was surprised when the young girl asked him to pay before serving, which has never happened to us at any Ralph's Italian Ices location before! I went inside to address this, as I was taken aback by the transaction; I preferred to pay in cash rather than by card. The girl said it was "quicker that way," but I had to inform her that I had been there on Sunday, and that wasn’t the case. It was very frustrating to be treated this way! I strongly encourage you to properly train your staff to treat all customers equally and fairly, so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I/We have been to Several Ralph Italian Ices stores/locations and this has NEVER EVER HAPPENED BEFORE!! I went inside because I couldn't believe the transaction that she did because I really wanted to pay cash instead of using my card she informed me, That's it Quicker that way. I had to let her know that I was there on Sunday and that isn't true and how dare she do that!!! PLEASE TEACH AND RETRAIN YOUR STAFF OF HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE EQUALLY AND FAIRLY NEVER ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!!
Been coming to this Ralphs for ages and it's great everytime. Some notable flavors are PB Cookie Dough, Black Rasberry, Rainbow Cookie, Spumoni, Sour Cherry, Honeydew, Chunky Monkey. I usually roll up to this place on Twister Tuesday for the 2 furs. A twister is any flavor cream ice, not sure if they do water ices for them, between soft serve of your choice. The shakes are also legendary and there are plenty to choose from, one example being the cake shake, which rails hard. The move to make is the double bubba ralphs run in which you hit Bubbas Burritos then swing by Ralphs ices after for closure, shits next gen.
We are always pleased with Ralph's treats. We've sampled the soft serve, cream ice, and water ice, and all of them are delicious. The service is consistently quick and friendly. However, I deducted one star for the prices, as we often spend around $15 for a treat for two teenagers.

We came here after dinner last night for dessert and really enjoyed the ices. The workers behind the counter were very nice and helpful. The store was very clean. It is in a great location in downtown Bay Shore right by other restaurants. We will definitely return.
Yummy late night treat spot. They have a ton of good Italian ice flavors, soft served iced cream, hard ice cream, and different blended drinks. Corner store location with some parking around the back. Solid 4 Stars and a good option for a good sweet treat.
I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and the flavors are consistently outstanding and incredibly delicious. I particularly enjoy the watermelon, coconut, and passionfruit options. The staff is always quick to respond and very friendly.
It Was Very Great I Enjoyed It Was My First Time Being There And Eating Icees From There And Loved It. The Icee Was Delicious.
