The Italian ices here are the same as you can find anywhere else, but they're overpriced. Additionally, this Ralph's Italian Ice on Newbridge Road does not accept credit cards, while other locations do. When I asked about it at the window, a teenage employee gave me an attitude and made a smart remark about the credit card policy. How was I supposed to know they didn’t accept cards? Would you prefer that I spot the small handwritten note on the side? Overall, this visit was definitely not worth it. The owner should reconsider who they hire to represent the shop during the busy summer months.
The ice creams are consistently delicious, but I'm giving this place a 5-star rating mainly for the amazing girls who were working during my visit today. There was a large family in front of me, and the mother was extremely difficult and frustrating for everyone waiting behind her. Despite the woman's behavior, the girls behind the counter remained incredibly kind and professional. Their composure really stood out!

The East Meadow location is still not open. I understand that finding reliable employees can be challenging these days. Most of the staff in these places are young people working for minimum wage. It’s hard to expect that the store will be ready and open on schedule under those circumstances. I doubt that those in charge of managing these stores are even paying attention to the reviews. The owner is a very sweet lady, I love her. She always says hello with a friendly smile. From day one to over the years she always treated me so nicely and that goes a long way. Her staff is always well mannered and hard workers. She is NOT an absentee owner by any stretch. Always amazing Ices, with a warm smile, is a win for our community in North Bellmore.

There was a huge family ahead of me and the mom was awful, difficult, and frustrating to everyone behind us. The girls behind the counter were so kind even though the woman was insane and it shows how professional they are.
This place has the most incredible raspberry Italian ice I've ever had in my life! All the other flavors are fantastic as well, but that's definitely my personal favorite and recommendation. You have to give it a try!
