Today, we stumbled upon a fantastic gem in Medford, Oregon, at a brewery called “The Ram.” Oregon is known for its stunning microbreweries, but discovering this hidden culinary delight was truly the highlight of our day. After a less-than-satisfying lunch at a traditional Mexican restaurant, we found ourselves at The Ram, and our attention was immediately drawn to the Carnita Taco. Our server brought the wings and quickly apologized for the wait, which had only been about five minutes. Personally, I’ve never experienced service this fast anywhere besides maybe a Starbucks. The main courses arrived just three minutes later, and we had hardly touched the wings.

We had an amazing dining experience at Ram Brewery! The food was outstanding, and our server, Katherine, was incredibly kind. I brought my daughter to celebrate her 14th birthday, and they surprised her with a complimentary dessert that was absolutely delicious. It was our first visit, and we were thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Reuben and a salad, while Kate enjoyed a steak so tender it practically melted in her mouth—by far the best steak we've ever had at a restaurant. I have a strong fondness for RAM Brewing, but the recent menu changes feel like a blatant cash grab. We ordered the fried pickles for $6 and received just 8 pickle slices on our plate. They appear to be valuing each slice at nearly a dollar, which seems absurd to me. This is by far the most frugal offering I’ve encountered. The beer is fantastic, but until you provide customers with better value for their food, I can only give you one star. It's a disappointing strategy from a place that could do better.
What can I say! Perfect service right from the front door when greeted by the hosts. It was a 20 minute wait so she suggested the bar. We found a seat right at the bar and were greeted immediately! We got the menus and I got an amazing IPA. I didn’t get the bartenders name but, she was amazing! We came in to try the impossible burger!! Wow! Soooo good! It was prepared perfectly and soooo good. Way better than we even hoped for! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! You’re on point RAM Brewery!!!
We enjoy dining at Ram because the food is consistently good, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It’s a family-friendly place with reasonable prices. I particularly love the mac and cheese with bacon, though I like to experiment with other toppings as well. My husband really enjoys the wagyu burger. While I’m not a fan of their pizza crust, my son absolutely loves it. It has a thin, chewy texture, and the toppings are made from quality ingredients with a delicious sauce.
This was my first trip to Ram and I was quite impressed. The menu has a wide variety and all of our eaters enjoyed their meal. The prices were reasonable for the menu. We had a table of 10 and our serving and order time was very good. From fish andchips to Mac and cheese to pizza, we all enjoyed our meal and craft beers.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Ram Brewery on Saturday! I chose the crab and artichoke melt, while Randy Ingram went for the Ricardo burger. The portions were so generous that we had plenty left over for dinner. I highly recommend this place—the food was outstanding, and our waitress was charming!
