Ramones has been a favorite of mine for years. It’s important to know that you’ll need base access, but if you can get on, Ramones is right on the water and they have some of the best Cali Burrito in North County. My personal favorite is the Dave’s California Burrito (Chicken and Carne Asada) and add guacamole. If you’re looking for a lazy beach day on base, this is a great spot for lunch! Service: Dine in

This place shouldn't be on maps, or recommended as a place to eat, since it isn't open to the general public. Wasted my time driving here, and got sent back, because it's in an army base!
